The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) is a National Standards Body with an overall mandate to promote standardization in industry and trade through standards development, conformity assessment, testing, and metrology. It aims at providing standards-based solutions that deliver quality and confidence to consumers.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below;

  1. Director of Human Resource and Administration (Re-Advertisement)
  2. Chief Manager- Internal Audit (Re-Advertisement)
  3. Chief Manager- National Quality Institute (Re-Advertisement)

Method of Application


  • Vacancy details are to be found on KEBS website under career page. Applications should be addressed to The Managing Director, Kenya Bureau of Standards, P.O. Box 54974, 00200, Nairobi and submitted online through KEBS website/portal to be received on or before 17th August 2023. All testimonials MUST be saved starting with applicant’s National Identification Number and submitted with the application


  • Upon successful upload and submission of application, the applicant will receive a system generated email  notification that the job application details have been successfully submitted.
  • KEBS DOES NOT charge any fee in the recruitment process.
  • Persons with disability and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Academic Qualifications of external origin MUST be accompanied with a recognition and equation certificate  from the relevant body in Kenya.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
  • Candidates must comply with requirements of Chapter 6 of The Constitution
