Aurora Women in STEM Scholarship 2023 is now open for applications. It is a fully funded scholarship for all students sponsored by Flinders University.

About Aurora Women in STEM Scholarship
Flinders University is a public university in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in 1966, it was named in honor of navigator Matthew Flinders, who explored and surveyed the South Australian coastline in the early 19th century.
This scholarship provides financial assistance to outstanding women who are commencing the first year of one of the Bachelor of Science courses at Flinders University.
Benefits of Aurora Women in STEM Scholarship
There will be one scholarship of $1,000 awarded each year whilst funding is available.
Payment will be made in two installments after the census date of each semester.
The scholarship recipient must:
1. Be female; and
2. Be commencing the first year of one of the University’s Bachelor of Science courses; and
3. Be normally enrolled full time at Flinders University; and
4. Be enrolled in both PHYS1101 and PHYS1102; and
5. Have been admitted to course on the basis of an ATAR.
Note: Scholarships are available to part-time students in exceptional circumstances, which includes (but is not limited to) disability, illness or carer responsibilities.
Part-time scholarship recipients will receive the same annual value as full-time scholarship recipients.
