The YEA was established under the Youth Employment Act 2015 (Act 887), to oversee the development, coordination, supervision, and facilitation of employment for the youth and related matters in Ghana.

Requirements for YEA Registration 2023
YEA is an equal opportunity employer that seeks to recruit the most qualified persons for the job. To qualify for the 2023 YEA recruitment, candidates must;

- Applicants must be no younger than 18 and no older than 35
- Applicants must possess a legal ID document
- You must have a diploma or degree in your field of application where applicable
