A sincere and affectionate welcome from someone we are familiar with or not familiar with breeds a sense of caring, and love and makes people feel recognized and have a feeling of belonging no matter the place. It makes them feel desired and helps the individual, recruits, and new employees to avoid the inferiority complex they would have otherwise felt at any given place, be it at work, school, or any social gathering. Thus they consider the job or place a good choice because of the feeling of comfort that they get. A welcome letter not only showcases good gestures in the workplace but also provides an avenue to let the reader know about the environment they may find themselves in and prepare them for future events.
