Senior Manager, Cloud Platforms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical experts maintaining KCB cloud platfroms systems running on diverse technologies such as RedHat Openshift and public cloud (AWS, Azure, Oracle). 
  • Responsible for ensuring conformance to security standards for all cloud platforms. 
  • Responsible for CapEx and OpEx planning within the cloud platforms domain.
  • Accountable for building, maintaining, and supporting high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable, and distributed cloud platforms.
  • Provide leadership in interfacing with application development teams to ensure applications fit within the cloud platforms with scalability, reliability and security designed.
  • Provide leadership and execution of automation of systems and services at massive scale to support scaling of digital services.
  • Establish effective relationship with suppliers and partners to influence their plans and maximize value delivery from the relationship for all cloud platforms. 

Academic and Professional Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT related field or Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Qualifications in RedHat Administration (RHCE/RHCSA), Openshift/Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS or Azure Architect/SysOps).
  • 10 years progressive working experience with at least 7 in Linux administration and at least 2 years in Docker/Openshift/Kubernetes administration.
  • Experience with IT automation with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef and Puppet.

Head Compensations and Benefits

Job Purpose

  • The overall responsibility of the Head Compensation & Benefits is to implement reward and benefits strategy, and programs (salary administration, remuneration surveys, Bonus Scheme, Pension Schemes Liaison & Administration), undertake Job Evaluations, Records Management, maintenance of HR Policies and HR Business Continuity Management. This role also provides expert advisory, analysis support for HR projects and ensuring that business units have KPI’s aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objective.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Banking System Operations Department. Digital Channels Support Manager

Job Description

  • Provide technical support for existing Agency, Mobiloan, Internet Banking, Mobi, C2B, MTS, Channel Manager systems (herein later referred to as Digital Channels) and implementation of related projects.
  • Delivering business solutions by ensuring that they are well tested and are rolled out in a manner that does not adversely affect business processes.
  • Work closely with IT Security to ensure that the Digital Channels money transfer services are well secured and in implementing SSL and other encryption certificates for ensuring robust and secure Digital Channels services

Marketing Division – Director’s Office. Data Insights Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

  • Reporting to Group Director, Marketing & Communications, as a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable knowledge and insights to support decision-making processes and shape brand and business strategies. You will be responsible for monitoring competitor and market trends, gathering intelligence, and tracking performance metrics. Additionally, you will establish effective management systems, tools, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to assist Brand and Marketing teams across the Group in their roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources within and outside the business to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the brand and market landscape while ensuring accessibility to the wider business.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, marketing campaigns, and product offerings, and provide regular updates to the teams.
  • Conduct market research and identify emerging industry trends, consumer behavior, and potential opportunities for the brand.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate brand performance and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.  This includes product analysis reports, consumer behaviors, trends and insights reports for strategic decision making.  Evaluating product performance insights, trends, and strategic actions to enable product development and enhancement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement best practice to maximize bank profitability through digital innovation and leveraging on existing bank technology platforms.

MD, Office Assistant

Main Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Undertake diverse administrative tasks for the MD’s office such as managing calendar of appointments; preparation of various administrative reports; managing correspondence; coordinating travel, itineraries and agendas among others within the expected standards and guidelines for the office.

Job Description

  • Securities advisor providing support to the business in negotiating, structuring and documenting all credit-related and specialized transactions.
  • Management of securities perfection for bank securities and management of approval for disbursement.
