About The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

Created in 1966, the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources had passed through a serial modification of appellations to suit the prevailing climes of mergers and demergers with related sectors. All the same, the adjustment enabled the Federal Government to play a leading role in promoting agricultural activities in the country

Requirements for FMARD Recruitment
1). Applicants must be Nigerian by birth.
2). Applicants must possess the requisite qualifications and certificates.
3). Any certificate or qualification not presented and accepted at the recruitment center shall not be accepted after the recruitment.
4). Applicants must be fit and present certificates of medical fitness from recognized Government Hospitals.
5). Applicants must be of good character, and must not have been convicted of any criminal offense. (Applicants must not be members of a secret society, Cult or Drug Addict, etc.)
6). Applicants must not have been involved in any financial embarrassment.
7). Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 30 years
8). Applicants’ height must not be less than 1.65m for males and 1.60m for females
