History The AA of Kenya was founded in 1919 by Lionel Douglas Galton Fenzi as the Royal East Africa Automobile Association. We are opening new branches across the country to expand our branch network. AA Kenya is looking to recruit graduate trainees who will be trained to serve as Driving School Instructors across AA Network. Successful Candidates will undergo training at our AA School of Mobility (AA Institute) for one year to become competent Driving School Instructors before deployment.
The position holder will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, supporting online student learning platforms, giving practical instructions on the road, and impacting knowledge of road signs, safety tips, and various traffic acts, among others.
Minimum job requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Education, or its equivalent.
- Technical Education training is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license with driving experience of not less than three years.
- Valid Driver’s Instructor’s license is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills
